Ski Run Condos, one of the best of the Keystone Resort condos, is located in the center of Keystone Resort in Colorado. It is a luxury condo for guests who wish to walk to the lifts in the winter and be in the center of the resort in the summer next to the Snake River. Only units rented from us can use our safe high speed wireless internet service.

Ski Run Condos are located at 22804 US Hwy. 6 in Keystone, Colorado.  There are three buildings in the complex.  They are all walking distance (120 - 150 yards) to the Peru Express and Argentine lifts at the "Mountain House" base area of Keystone Resort in Summit County, Colorado.  The Mountain House area is where the ski school, rental shops and the beginner hill are located.  Located in the center of Keystone Resort, Ski Run is walking distance to many restaurants and as well as to the Keystone Village and River Run areas of the resort.

The Ski Run club house has a large heated swimming pool, sauna, and a Jacuzzi.  The club house also has a shower and changing areas.  The club house hours are from 6 AM until 10 PM each day.  Ski Run Condo is a short 3 minute walk to the Mountain House base area of the resort, and only a 10 minute drive from the A-Basin ski area, 20 minutes from Breckenridge and Copper Mountain ski areas, and 40 minutes from Vail Resort. Our luxury condos are the best in Ski Run.  We only rent to non smokers and don't allow pets. 

The club house at Ski Run has a large indoor heated pool, a sauna and a Jacuzzi. It is only for the use of our owners and guests. Your condo keys admits you to the club house. Our Ski Run Condos Wi-Fi service is also in the pool area as well as from inside your condo.

All of our units have their own in unit washer & dryer and a complete modern kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher, self cleaning oven, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, spices, pot, pans, dishes, utensils and much more.  The units all have color TV's with a cable connection, VCRs, DVD players, FREE high speed wireless internet access, stereos, fireplaces, telephones with unlimited local calls, hair dryers, balconies overlooking Keystones mountain, a propane gas barbecue grill on your own balcony, and many luxury features.  

Units 205, 301 and 402 have beautiful gas log fireplaces and unit 205 has DIRECTV satellite television service, a fax machine and work station area.  Units 204, 207 and 504 have wood burning fireplaces.  Unit 504 even has a piano for the use of their guests.  Photos and complete details about each unit are shown on the one, two, and three bedroom link at the top left of this home page.  No smoking or pets are allowed in our units at any time.

This is the map showing Ski Run's location across from Mountain View Plaza and located at the Mountain House base of Keystone Resort, Colorado. Our condos are between 125 - 150 yards from the slopes and only a few yards from the snake river. You can watch your family ski from your windows! We are located in the center of the resort between River Run and the Keystone Village where the ice skating lake is located.

Special Guest Discounts

We provide our guests with information so that they may purchase lift tickets at a discount.  As an example, In the 2006 - 2007 season our guests skied Keystone for as little as $22.25/adult/day when the resort is charging $81.00 a day.  They even skied Vail for $48.00/adult/day!  We also offer our guests discount ski and board rentals.  It is almost like staying for free.
