SUMMER SEASON is considered any time not listed below.

VALUE SEASON is October 22 - December 16, 2011; and
March 24 - May 18, 2012.  (Some of the best times to ski!)

LOW SEASON is January 7 - February 10, 2012.

REGULAR SEASON is December 17 - 23, 2012 &
February 11 - March 23, 2012.

HOLIDAY SEASON is December 24, 2011 - January 6, 2012.


The above rates require a one week, Saturday to
Saturday stay.  For all other stays, use the daily
rate listed above plus a 20% surcharge.  All stays
require a security deposit.  Credit cards can be used for
that deposit.  If you wish to pay for your entire stay by
credit card, we will charge you a 5% processing fee.
Our minimum rental charge is five nights.  Over the
holiday and regular season we only rent for 7 night
Saturday to Saturday stays.  Sorry, no exceptions.

Rates are subject to change without notice.  Confirmed
reservations, however, will be honored at the prior rate.  A
deposit of 1/3 is required at the time of the reservation.
The balance is due 45 days before arrival, except for the
holiday season which requires a 60 days advance payment.
Your deposit is not refundable and the balance is not refundable
after it is received.  We therefore recommend you purchase the trip
insurance offered on our web site.  Sorry, no pets are allowed.
